Exchange Policy

If customers or distributors experience any dissatisfaction or discover a manufacturing or packaging defect, they are eligible to exchange the product. Customers or distributors must reach out to the distributor or Company from whom they purchased the product within 30 days of the purchase date. They need to provide a reason for the exchange and return the product along with a copy of the original order receipt or invoice. In such instances, it is the distributor's responsibility to address and fulfil the customer's request for a product exchange.
